FIRST TIME:


+ ARE COREOLOGY CLASSES APPROPRIATE FOR BEGINNERS?

Yes! Our classes are appropriate for all fitness levels - no previous experience is required. Our instructors are movement specialists and are experts at guiding you through any modifications or adjustments you may need. The more your instructors get to know you - the more they can customize each workout to give you exactly what you need.

+ what should i wear?

Wear comfortable clothes that you feel good in. We can give you the best form and alignment corrections when you are wearing tighter clothing. Grip Socks are required for all XFormer® classes

+ WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

We provide complimentary towel service. Water bottles are available for purchase.

For XFormer® classes you will need: Grip Socks (available for sale at the studio).

For TreadX® classes you will need: Running Shoes and Grip Socks

For coreCYCLE® classes you will need: SPD-compatible cycle shoes OR Running Shoes

+ Where do i park?

Palos Verdes - FREE street parking is available on Deep Valley Drive or the adjacent parking lot.

Manhattan Beach - FREE parking is available in the Manhattan Village Mall. The best place to park is the South Parking Garage.

Santa Monica - Meter Parking on 4th & 5th Street surrounding the studio as well as the parking lot directly behind the Chase Bank Parking lot.

Downtown LA - Parking is available in the parking structure of ROW DTLA. We validate parking for 2-hours. Please bring your parking ticket to the front desk.

+ is there an age limit?

Coreology workouts are generally appropriate for ages 13 and up. Special exceptions can be made for younger children with an athletic background and heightened body awareness.

+ how early should i arrive for class?

We recommed arriving at 10-15 minutes early for your first few classes. This will give you enough time to check in, meet your instructor and set up your equipment.

+ which class should i take first?

You are welcome to take any class but we highly recommend taking an XFormer® - All Levels class first.


accounts / booking:

+ do i need an account to take class?

Yes. Our booking system requires each client to have their own account with a valid credit card on file. Each user must have a valid class credit or membership on their account prior to reserving a class.

+ can i pay cash?

Yes. We accept cash as payment for class packages or paid-in-full memberships. We cannot accept cash or check for monthly membership subscriptions. All accounts must have a valid credit card stored on file for incidental studio charges such as water, retail items, cancellation fees, etc.

+ how do i book a class?

Remember, we have an 8-hour cancellation policy. Please cancel your reservations online if you can no longer attend.

All class packages and memberships are non-refundable.


LATE arrival POLICY:

+ WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE TO CLASS?

NEW CLIENTS: To ensure the best workout experience for you, we suggest all new clients arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class start time. We require all new clients to receive a proper introduction to the studio, the instructor and the equipment. For your safety, we cannot allow new clients to join class after 5 minutes into the workout.

EXISTING CLIENTS: We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes prior to class start time. In the case that you arrive late to class, please understand that your spot may be given to a stand-by or waitlist cilent after 5 minutes into the workout.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

+ What is the cancellation policy?

We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel any class reservation at least 8-hours prior to class start time with no penalty and the class credit will be available for you to rebook.

A class that is cancelled less than 8-hours prior to start time is considered a "Late Cancel" and will be forfeited (if booked using a class credit) or assessed a $15 fee (if booked using an Unlimited option).

A class that is booked but not attended is considered a "No Show" and will be forfeited (if booked using a class credit) or assessed a $20 fee (if booked using an Unlimited option).

+ Can I switch classes?

If it is before 8 hours of the class start time, you can switch classes by cancelling the class you are enrolled in and booking a new class time. Same day or last-minute class swaps are still subject to our 8-hour cancellation window.

+ How do I cancel a class?

WAITLIST:

+ How does the waitlist work?

If the class you want to take is full, we highly recommend adding yourself to the waitlist by choosing "Join Waitlist" on the booking schedule.

You must have a valid class credit or membership in order to join a waitlist.

The waitlist is active up until 8-hours prior to class start time. When a spot becomes available, you will AUTOMATICALLY be added to class. A notification e-mail (and/or text message if you're opted in) will be sent to you.

Once added to class, the reservation is automatically confirmed and subject to our 8-hour cancellation policy.

IMPORTANT !!!

If you are waitlisted for a morning class, chances are high that you will be added to class in the middle of the night. If you DO NOT want to be automatically added to class, please CANCEL your spot on the waitlist prior to going to bed.
