Our Low Impact Training + Endurance class is designed to increase mind-body awareness by trading the cardio pushes and speed rounds with longer holds and slow, controlled movements, the perfect complement to our Signature XFormer® workouts.
Each class ends with a 7-10 minute built-in guided stretch to release muscle tension before heading into your day or night.
